Video Co Pilot is one of my favourite resources for video production. If you've never heard of it, Video Co Pilot is a website by Andrew Kramer for tutorials on After Effects motion graphics and title design. 

The video above is a behind the scenes look at Kramer's experience working with J.J. Abrams on the last Star Trek movie. Super cool guy.
